We have been operating continuously for over 70 years and through three generations of being a family-owned and operated business. Throughout all of our services, from small things like chipped crystal and glass polishing to larger projects like storefront glass solutions, we are dedicated to providing excellent glass and mirror work and excellent customer service that spans the generations. The Chippewa Way
Our professional process has not changed much over the years. We start every project with a consultation where our clients either give us a call or visit us in the shop, and then we talk about project specifications and pricing as well as the timeline that we expect to complete the project in. Once all parties agree to the scope of the project and all the details, we can get started on helping our clients fulfill their glass design dreams. We pride ourselves on being able to customize our services to fit the broadest range of glass and mirror needs possible, and we are constantly gaining new experiences that will help inform our future glass projects. We are dedicated to ensuring our clients have the best possible experience from consultation to the installation of their glass fixtures.
Warranties and Guarantees
With most of our projects, we offer limited warranties to protect our clients from the very rare possibility that our workmanship was not up to standard. These warranties include a 5-year silvering warranty on mirrors, a 5-year insulation warranty on insulated glass units, a lifetime warranty on shower door hardware, and a general year-long warranty for nearly all of our other projects. Once a consultation is complete, we provide our clients with more information on the specific warranties and guarantees that we are offering for their project.
